Dial-up Networking Configuration:

| 1) Find the "My Computer" icon and double click |
 |
| 2) Find the "Dial-up Networking" icon and double click. |
 |
| 3) Double click the "Make New Connection" icon. |
 |
| 4) This will
bring up the Make New Connection wizard. Type in RLC for the name of
the computer you are dialing, and make sure you have the correct
modem chosen.

| 5) Then
press the next button in the wizard. The next screen will ask you
for the phone number to dial to connect to RLC. Enter 434-297-1442.

6) After entering the phone number, press the next button. On the
following screen, press finish. You are now finished making a new dial-up networking connection
icon. Now, go to the
new icon called RLC that you have created. Right click on the icon
to get a pop-up menu and click on properties.

| 7) This will
bring up the Properties window starting at the "General"
tab. |

| 8) Next,
click on the tab labeled "Server Types". You want your settings to
look like this.

| 9) Next,
click on the TCP/IP Settings button. Here you will specify that you
want a server assigned IP address and that you also want to specify
the name server addresses. The numeric server addresses are shown
below.

| 10) Now,
choose OK and close the TCP/IP Settings window. Choose OK again, and
return to the Dial-Up Networking window. You are now ready to
connect to RLC Internet. Double click on the RLC icon. You will be
prompted for your username and password. After entering you username
and password, press the connect button.

| If you are still experiencing difficulties,
you may need to check your network settings in the Control Panel.
